ConvaTec, headquartered in Skillman, New Jersey, USA, is the world's leading manufacturer of ostomy care products and holds a strong position in the markets for wound and skin care products. The company's principal brands include Natura, Sur-Fit and Esteem ostomy products and Aquacel and Duoderm wound therapeutic products.

The company is a subsidiary of Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS), a diversified health and personal care company which focuses on pharmaceuticals, consumer nutritional products and medical devices. ConvaTec accounts for approximately 5% of BMS' total revenue and forms part of BMS' Other Healthcare business, which also includes the Medical Imaging division. It also encompassed the Consumer Medicines unit in the US and Canada until BMS sold these operations in 2005.
